THE CHALLENGE: THE SPIRITUAL FORMULA

HERE'S THE FORMULA I'M STARTING WITH: 1. Wake up for Tahajjud, the night prayer that draws you closer to Allah. 2. Recite 1000 istighfar (seeking forgiveness) daily to purify your heart and bring barakah (blessings).

Try and read the full Astaghfirullah Wa Atubu Ilaih 3. Read Surah Yaseen daily, often called the heart of the Quran, to gain ease and blessings. 4. Read Surah Baqara, which brings protection and immense reward. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about trying, staying consistent, and seeing the changes over time. I’m committing to this for 30-60 days, but it won't stop there. In Sha Allah, this will become a habit we carry for the rest of our lives. This isn't about just starting- it's about transforming these actions into a way of life that brings us closer to Allah every single day.

PERSONAL PLAN (EXAMPLE)1. Consistency is Key: Begin with a realistic routine. For example: Week 1: Tahajjud + 500 istighfar + Surah Yaseen. Week 2: Increase to 1000 istighfar + add Surah Baqara in portions (e.g., half daily). Gradually build up so you can sustain the habit. 2. Set a Daily Schedule: Before Fajr: Wake up for Tahajjud and make du’a for your intentions and the ummah. Morning: Read Surah Yaseen. Evening: Complete Surah Baqara (if in portions) and recite istighfar throughout the day.
